TULSA PARROTHEAD CLUB OFFICERS 2009

The following are the Tulsa Parrothead Club 2010 Officers and Chairpersons.  The President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer are elected by the general membership.  All other positions are appointed by the board.

John & his wife Karen have been members of TPHC since 2002.  He served as vice-president from 2003-2006.  John was elected President in 2007. 

• John has seen Buffett (9) times.
• John's favorite Buffett concert was MOTM 2002.
• John's favoirte Buffett song is "The Wino and I Know".

Year Joined:  Joined 5 or 6 years ago… don’t know year for sure…. When we were at Cronies downtown.

Buffet Concerts:  Have been to only 3 concerts… the first was the best, the year we joined and went to Chicago at the Tinley Center…. Attended one at the Smirnoff Center at the Dallas Fairgrounds, when it rained all day and quit in time for the concert… then went to the first one they had at the soccer complex at Frisco, TX… Land Shark Beer was just getting started and they gave it away free at the pre-concert tail gate party.

Reason for joining: We were encouraged by Moo to attend some of the events…. The first event we went to was the Christmas Light Tour and we joined that next Spring.

Favorite Buffet Song: Pat – Brown Eyed Girl, Moe – 5 O’clock Somewhere

What we enjoy about club – monthly meetings in which we visit with all that show up for the meeting…. Especially like the special events, such as the wine tour.

Kris and her husband John and son, Sean have been members since July of 2004.  Kris is also an active board member for the Tulsa Cerebral Palsy Assoc. 

• Kris has only been able to attend (1) Buffett concert (we hope to rectify that soon!)
• It was a great concert though, Las Vegas!!
• Kris's favorite Buffett tune is "Cheeseburger in Paradise"
